What's Included In The Scheme?

We will only install noise insulation measures in what we consider to be 'noise sensitive' rooms and where there is evidence to show that the noise insulation measures will result in a reduction in noise. Our surveyors will survey for eligible openings in habitable rooms for this scheme.

Eligible Rooms

Eligible rooms to be considered, depending on the layout of the property:

• Bedroom
• Nursery
• Lounge/Living room
• Dining room
• Study/Office
• Open plan kitchen diner or kitchen lounge

Non-eligible Rooms

• Bathroom
• Toilet
• Hallway/Landing
• Porch
• Utility room
• Kitchen without a dining area
• Conservatory
